GREEN SMOOTHIE

 

ingredients:

 - 1 avocado

 - 1 handful of spinach (i used frozen spinach)

 - 1 cup of water/ milk (almond, oat, soy,  whatever you like)

 - 1 banana

 - 1 teasponn of chia seeds

 

 

Put all the ingredients into a strong mixer and mix everything until smooth. You can add milk or water if you like. If is not sweet enough add dates or honey.
